The Chinese American communityis the largest ethnic group of AsianAmericans, comprising 25.9% of the AsianAmerican population as of 2010. Theyconstitute 1.2% of the United States,including those with partial Chinese ancestry.According to the 2010 census, the ChineseAmerican population numberedapproximately 3.8 million.
