ICT skills training and certification • Development of new digital literacy programmes • Production of new learning resources • Pilot implementation of new programmes • Capacity building training • Digital and Media competencies testing and certification Develop methodology & plans to implement Certification campaigns like MTA and MOS • Dissemination of best practices Map knowledge and resources (methodologies, tools, target groups) Improve searching options (portal) Make existing resources available for everybody

Research and Social Innovation Research as a structured field of intervention • Define a research agenda (focus on specific themes) • Create a permanent table (working group) of organizations experiences in selected themes • Identify available resources and opportunities for funding • Facilitate internal and external partnerships • Valorize our EU knowledge through research projects • Go online: easy-to-find repository (member profiles, BPs), funding monitoring newsletter, etc. Social Innovation • Innovation based on Sustainability (balance of knowledge and opportunities) • Social entrepreneurship (co-working/Hub space, close to real demands, space to connect with others, co-creation)

At least one research organisation Status:  Rules & Roles defined  First candidate members invited to join
