Merchant Card Presentation Merchant Card Presentation Presentation Transcript

    • Merchant Card is the first ongoing access to cash card that provides immediate funds to Business Owners when they need it. What is it?
      • Most people can’t afford to wait for banks which require large amounts of paperwork, financials, tax returns, personal guarantee, collateral and great credit.
          • Merchant Card is not a loan, therefore there is no interest or fixed payback schedule.
          • Personal credit is not an issue
          • Merchant Card will help merchants build business credit by reporting positively to Experian, Dunn and Bradstreet, and Lexus Nexus.
          • Merchant Card availability or funded amounts are not reported to any credit bureaus and will never interfere with a merchants ability to get a loan or additional credit.
      • Merchant Card is Your Ongoing Access to Cash
      • Account Approvals are up to $250,000
      • Merchant Card is a pin based card which can be used anywhere credit cards are accepted, at any ATM machine, the funds can be transferred to any bank account, and funds can be transferred to another Merchant Card
      • Funds are deposited onto the Merchant Card and are available within 48 hours upon the merchant submitting a Release of Funds Request on the www.gomerchantcard.com website
      It’s what every business needs
      • Cardholders have the ability to order multiple cards
      • Merchant Card Reporting is available on www.gomerchantcard.com for all Merchants and Agents to provide critical information pertaining to the account such as Remaining Availability and Total Funds Released
      • The Initial Funding and all future Funding Requests must be a minimum of $1,000
            • There is no limit to the amount of funding requests that can be made
            • There are no spending restrictions
            • This is not a Merchant Cash Advance
      It’s what every business needs
        • The Approved amount is typically equal to 100% of the applicants Visa, MasterCard, and Discover sales volume per month (3 month average).
        • Once an Approved Amount is established and the initial release of funds has been made, Merchants can request a release of funds as often as they want and receive funds within 48 hours.
        • Just like a Line of Credit, Merchants have access to cash as long as there is remaining availability in their MerchantCard Account.
      • The payback process is simple:
          • A small percentage of each credit card sale is applied to pay the amount due, which instantly increases availability.
              • The total payback amount is determined by multiplying a Factor Rate (typically 1.375) by the total amount received – this is NOT Interest.
          • As funds are paid back on an ongoing basis, Remaining Availability continues to grow.
    • The holdback percentage varies based upon the Merchants Remaining account availability according to the following schedule: As the Remaining Availability increases, the holdback percentage declines. Merchant Account processing is provided by IRN Payment Systems Percent of Remaining Availability Percent of daily volume hold back More than 65% 10% Between 35% and 65% 20% Less than 35% 25%

        • No, MerchantCard is not a loan and is not personally collateralized

      • How do I pay the money back?
        • Your payments are based on a variable percentage of your credit card sales. The percentage varies based on your MerchantCard account availability. As your availability grows, on a daily basis, your holdback percentage is reduced. This is the only finance program where the amount you pay back is lowered as your remaining balance is reduced.
