SETTING GOALS• Dated- Without a deadline, I may never achieve a goal.• Achievable- A challenge will keep me motivated and will keep me from being bored.• Personal- A goal must be a goal for myself, not for anybody else.• Positive- Goals focused on the things I want to do instead of the things I don’t want to do or the things I want to avoid.• Specific- Keeping goals specific will keep my priorities from lingering around.
