Forest. The forest is a mystical place, A place to run and be free. It is a place to lay and dream, The forest is a place for wishes. A place for poetry. A mystical place with green beds of ferns. Trees that touch the sky, Rain drops that soak into my skin. And love that fills my heart with imagination.

Josh. Josh is a loving boy, He makes my heart feel lots of joy. His smile brightens up my day, It makes the sun shine through the grey. His touch is tender and caring, Holding him close caressing and sharing. The two of us shall never part, Forever he will hold my heart.

Lost (Requested by a friend) Sometimes I wonder, I wonder why, Why did she have to go without reply? I thought she loved me, Cared and treasured me. Now I ask myself did she ever love me? Another guy came and took her hand, Now you’re in a different love land I didn’t realize she would be such a loss. But she let our love go, And gave it a toss.

Waves. As I lay on the warm sand. I hear a sound, A sound that helps me relax. A sound that brings me into a dream world, Under the sea. I open my eyes to find what this sound may be. Distance. I count down the minutes, I count down the hours. It takes so long to call this love “ours”. When I call you on the phone, You bring a smile to my face. You make me feel like the only one, Its all the others I replace. When I get to see you, Time is not a worry. After everything it all seems so blurry. Our hearts beat as one, This feeling has begun. Love can exist without seeing one another, All it takes is finding the other.

The man on the moon sings quite a tune, But only if you’re an animated cartoon. While the parrot talks back, I will be waiting here in pitch black. My love said to me today, That we should slip away. While I cry, Softly caring, Of the love we’ve been sharing.
