2. Problem and solution
A base that not flat, we use adjuster attach
at bottom of the base to adjust a horizon level
that we want.
A bad welding, we try to fix a bad point
with careful again.
3. Improvement
- Quality
We think our product look better and
stronger than last week.
- Weight
Last week our product have only
structure but today it already done, so the total
weight is about 20 kg.
4. - Ease of use
With a veneer's flat surface and strong
structure we can use it safety and easily.
- Manufacturing time
As I've said we just finish our product
in this week, so a time that we use in this
week is 11 hour and total time is 19 hour.
- Manufacturing cost
The manufacturing cost is same as last
week.
5. Compare the second prototype with the
CAD model.
We just only one prototype, so the
dimension and functions are the same.
