    • What we do know is that Millennials are team-oriented, more pragmatic, and even more conservative than Boomers and Gen-Xers. They are closer to their parents than previous generations and like to reach the high standards set for them.
    • One of the greatest mistakes we can make is to view and engage Millennials through the lens of our own Boomer and Gen-X teen values and experiences. Millennials are your audience. Are you talking with them accordingly?
