Background Bry-Air, a Pahwa group company, is a global solution provider for complete environmental control with a specialization in humidity control, dehumidification, drying, storage, preservation, gas phase filtration supported by state-of-the-art facilities, worldwide operations and customers in almost every industry . It is Headquartered in Gurgaon By objective Bry -Asia Pvt Ltd , desires to undertake a comprehensive Employee Satisfaction Survey for its Plants Executives, Supervisors and Workmen at their Bhiwadi Plant . The current products are of aluminum alloy cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, manifolds, assembled cylinder heads, gears and other critical engine components. The Company is a major  supplier of Desiccating and Humidification Equipment and Processes for Primarily the Export Market. It believes in adoption of contemporary Best HR practices to meet the Corporate growth objectives To this end a Employee Satisfaction Survey has been mooted for effective execution a1 Value Based Consulting - Create, communicate and Deliver Value

Assignment Scope:  In line with best HR Practices , Bry Air Asia has requested for a detailed proposal from Value Based Consulting detailing the approach and methodology for conducting this ESS ( Employee Satisfaction Survey ) for the workmen of their several Plants  Purpose being to gather Employee Insights from segmented profile of respondents within the Workmen Group enabling a better understanding of the Motivational factors and needs of their workforce on the Shop floor  The ESS will be conducted in total confidentiality of the Workmen Identity in terms of their inputs and comments  A sample size of 250 Workmen to be interviewed will be jointly decided upon  Based on the findings of the Survey we will develop a HR Strategy for effectively raising the morale of Workmen for greater mutual benefit3 Value Based Consulting - Create, communicate and Deliver Value

Task 1:Gathering HR Insights  Research Study Goals:  Develop and design a Comprehensive Questionnaire for Respondents within Workmen group for easy Administration at various levels of functionality and departments .This questionnaire will be administered physically and not Electronically or Online  A 15-20 point questionnaire will be administered across various issues relating to Employee Satisfaction at Work .Purpose being to elicit honest and frank opinion of the Employees .  Total Sample size for Survey Analysis:200- 250  Respondents will be chosen across Young , Middle and Elderly Age groups  Respondent Demographic Profile identified as Workmen on Shop Floor , Support Staff , Operational Staff and other Support functions  Sample Survey Questionnaire will be submitted and approved of by CEL before Start of Assignment  Psychographic Data will also be captured across various respondents4 Value Based Consulting - Create, communicate and Deliver Value Value Based Consulting - Create, Communicate and Deliver Value

Task 2: Approach and Methodology  Survey will be executed at Shop Floor and cabins of Support Staff across 5 Working days  A basic set of questions comprising the Core Questions related to Satisfaction levels which will be leveraged across Employees will be Captured with appropriate Weight age and Scored priority of key Parameters  Execute Survey through select Work timings and Shifts with Survey Questions as per Sampling Plan  Administer to Corporate HRD Heads and Staff for feedback and Operational Plant Head for individual feedback on Employees5 Value Based Consulting - Create, communicate and Deliver Value Value Based Consulting - Create, Communicate and Deliver Value

Task 3:Survey Construct  Develop a one page questionnaire/survey composed of 10-15 key questions with a couple of specific critical data sub-sections to collect data from target segment of Shop Floor personnel on various aspects of Satisfaction levels and parameters and preferences  These surveys will be administered in person to individual staff at shop floor level across grades and sample size determined for each group and sub segment  The sampling of targeted respondents will include Demographic Profiles across segments of Young , Middle Age and Elderly Groups , in the Staff  Survey question categories: 50% Yong staff members, 20% Middle age Groups ,20 % Senior Executives, 10% Open ended Questions common to ALL  End Purpose is to garner Employee Satisfaction level Insights on key parameters of Employee Satisfaction which will form basis for the HR Strategy at those levels  Approx one and one conversations will be conducted over 5 continuous days at Shop floor and premises decided by the Management6 Value Based Consulting - Create, communicate and Deliver Value

Task 4:Survey Construct contd.  Identify and establish the following:  What rumors are in the rumor mill?  Against what types of organizations should I compare my organization?" • Are there any special concerns this business has because of the line of work? (Safety, ethics, quality, etc.) • What are the perceived benefits included in the HR benefits package? • Core questions necessary for all employees; questions addressing issues such as supervisor fairness, corporate communication, and physical work environment , performance appraisal results, Training, Fairness in Employees Treatment • Normative results against which to benchmark individual organizational results. • identify those areas that are most important (leverage able) to its employees. Leverage analysis provides a way of selecting areas to focus on, by calculating each areas leverage on a "bottom line" measure - overall satisfaction.7 Value Based Consulting - Create, communicate and Deliver Value

Task 5:Analysis of Findings  Cross tabulate data and analyze Questionnaire responses  Research and report findings of survey across Employee Respondents , Corporate Employees, Cluster Groups and key members of staff at Shop Floor level  Develop a Comparative Graphical and numerical snapshot of Employee Satisfaction levels across segments of employees and across Demographic segments  Identify perceptions of HR Policies adopted by management as impacting Shop Floor personnel  Glean Elements of expectations on HR Policies as desired by Staff at that level and compare with previous expectations  Identify key desired Elements of HR Policies as impacting staff at Shop Floor level perceived and barriers for implementation  Present detailed Report with Cross Tabulated Data with Analysis of Findings using Pivot Tables , Graphs and Charts  Analyze and recommend the next course of action for developing an appropriate HR Policy for staff at Shop floor level8 Value Based Consulting - Create, communicate and Deliver Value

Task 6: Handholding and Support  Close interaction with Bry air Asia , Management and HR Departments will always be maintained to ensure Plan moves smoothly through Implementation over proposed months  Assistance in selection of appropriate staff for Coordinating the ESAT at Executive level from Client staff will be provided  HR related SOP( Service Operating Procedure) Manuals can also be prepared to ensure work guidelines are well understood if required against separate proposal9 Value Based Consulting - Create, communicate and Deliver Value
