Habit 5 of highly ineffective people Seek first to be understood then understand It's important to impress your story and background on others before you can develop a relationship. Judge others who do not meet your expectations. Very few people can understand you.

Habit 6 of highly ineffective people Be independent Nobody can do things better than you. Outsourcing work is more hassle than it's Worth. If you want something done properly, do it yourself.
