  • Welcome to Aculearn!
  • 360 communication is probably the key concern of most organizations: Keeping in touch with your customers Keeping in touch with your employees Peer communications: Projects, Tasks, Departments
  • 95% of training falls into 2 types categories. Face to face seminar or software application based training. Participants accessing training will fall largely into On demand, Near Real Time or Real Time. The entire suite is integrated to maximize the investment in hardware and minimize the requirements for training on how to use the system.
  • If there are 3 or more participants in the conference, the system will automatically control the data rate for video to conserve bandwidth. AcuCONFERENCE will reduce the bit rate for participants who are not talking in the conference. Our unique AV flow control ensure smooth video playback with minimal jerkiness and very fast audio transmission delay. It’s like talking over the telephone line!
  • In AcuCONFERENCE, you can record mixed audio, presenter’s video and all the slides, chat, web browse as well as annotations. Recorded AcuCONFERENCE session can be edited and modified using AcuSTUDIO. World of flexibilities.
  • You may not have the presentation is soft copy. But as long as you’ve a TWAIN compliance hardware scanner, you can scan the document into AcuCONFERENCE. You can also capture any part of your screen or play video and music to your participants.
  • Why do we need Apps Presence?
  • All sounds great but I don’t have the time and budget to do this!
  • When content is created and uploaded to the network, the content will be pulled into the AcuSTREAMs. When these content are replicated, a notification email will be sent to the user together with an access link.
  • User need select which server to access from. Aculearn OPR will automatically detect and direct the user to the AcuSTREAM.
  • INC takes the load off from AcuMANAGER by establishing a direct link between AcuSTREAMs.
