    3. Purposes  Know the users behaviour in the Learning Center P48 (Oslo University College)  Provide information to support the decisions of the Library Management Staff.  Find out the relevant points to take into account in the Learning Center restructuring
    4. Methodology
    5. Observation  Why?  because it reveals the usage of the different areas/services in the library, unlike exit gate counting.
    6. Steps  divide the usage in 18 different activities  and the space in 10 zones according to its characteristics (mapping)  sweep the floors following a established route every opening hour during 1 week  register each user in 1 activity
