  • 3. Program administered by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (SAC) under the direction of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
    Designed to ensure access to modern telecommunications and internet services for eligible schools.
    Provides discounts of 20 – 90% for eligible services.
