    To enable 24/24 availability of a Doctor/Patient encounter;
    In any remote area of Orissa (Initially) with two type of services:
    Mobile team (On scooters with medical Wellbeing Stations);
    Fixed location Team;
    Using local trained personnel;
    Based on an Indian Wide availability of Medical Professionals
    Connections are made within minutes.

    A sophisticated eHealth Management System to run;
    Wellbeing station “Kiosks” able to perform various “primary Care Medical Tests”;
    Interconnect with voice and video capabilities with a Medical Provider located in any location in India;
    Issuing of a medical report/consultation based on the data received, and video/voice consultation performed for further treatment locally;

    Full centralized “support centre” by OTTET
