Select Accounting voucher at Gateway of Tally

Select F9 For Purchase Entry

Enter invoice no & date Select the party from pop up window

Select Purchase ledger a/c & Vat Class select item from popup window

Select items then select the input tax from pop up window

Enter the P&F or fright if any, Enter narration if any and accept

Congratulation
