Your Job Profile <br /><ul><li>Provide end to end recruitment solution to our clients which include understand the Job Description, source right candidates form job portals and other social net work site, by head hunting from other corporate, conduct telephonic interview, salary negotiation with client and candidates and last placement of candidates.
Coordinate & Follow up with client for feed back with regards to placement of candidates as well as generate new requirements.
Coordinate with multinational and other corporate for business development and generation of new business opportunity and business tie up. Also need to attend several corporate meets, social gathering and events time to time.
Create new opportunity which can help in diversion into recruitment business
Conduct survey / create blogs and explore all opportunity which can build company its brand name.

How Many? And How?<br />First Interview: Candidate can come directly to our Mumbai office. Campuses wanting to invite us must first confirm the interest of students and then get in touch with us.<br />Second Interview: Candidates must come to Mumbai Head Office for their Final Round Of Interview. Candidates will be travelling at their own expense. <br />Offer: Offer will be given on success of 2nd round of interview and need to singed the same and submitted on same day. <br />Joining: Candidate must report to office at 11.00 a.m. sharp on date of joining given on offer letter. Candidates will not be allowed to report late.<br />
