  2. 2. I must have your passports by the end of the weekend as we are waiting to confirm the booking. (Josh, Tafadzwa, Caoimhe I have yours) Make sure you have paid the outstanding amount to the finance office by the beginning of June.   3. 3. Expectations for activities. Title is a good summary of the activity eg Motuhie Tree Planting The Description is what you did eg We went to Motuhie Island to plant trees with Devonport Rotary group. We went by ferry and planted trees for 6 hours. The Write up of the day goes in your reflection. Managebac

  5. 5. We have some overseas schools visiting soon and we need to be their tour guides. This will raise money for TGS which we will put toward planting our eco garden and Project Samoa. Tour Guides program
  6. 6. The plan forTGS is that Habitat for humanity andTGS will build a house at TGS to then give to a family in need – more info will follow about this but we need to organise a leadership team for this Habitat for humanity
  7. 7. School cleanup will be onThursday 29th May at 3pm – meet outside student services. Torpedo bay cleanup will be Sunday 8th June at 10am – meet at the Navy museum. Lets get some roles sorted out now Beach and School Cleanups.
