Is Mother's Day merely of appreciation of what our mothers have given to us? I have written this poem to enable us to rediscover another perspective of Mother's Day (or even, Father's Day). Is RECEIVING is all that matter when God gives us parents? What about GIVING.... May the Lord bless and keep our parents... Yes, regardless whether when they're young enough to GIVE to our needs; or whether when they're old that we ought to GIVE to their needs. God bless all of us, whether at our roles as a child or as a parent.
