Are Government Employment Programs Effective?

. According to recent statistics, the unemployment rate is approximately 10.6 %. The government has worked to find a solution to unemployment in the past, but a possible solution could be a government-operated employment program. Government employment programs are effective and find employment for people, but are not a permanent solution to unemployment.
