    • Organization should keep a Check on perceptual, Cultural and language barriers related to diversity and see that they don’t give way to confusion and low team spirit;
    • Respond to what is being said, not how it is said;
    • It is important for managers and supervisors to gain expertise in cross-culture;
  • Discriminated against Disabilities
    • People with disabilities are like anyone else, except that they have the additional challenge of their disability.
    • Most disabled people are not sick, incompetent, dependent, unintelligent or contagious.
    • People with disabilities are not alike. They are individuals with a wide variety of personalities and skills.
    • Do not show pity for someone’s disability. It may make the person feel demoralized.
    • Be courteous, but not condescending. Treat people as you would like to be treated yourself.
  • Anti-Discrimination in the workplace
    • Assigning meaningless tasks unrelated to the job;
    • Giving employees impossible jobs;
    • Deliberately changed work rosters to inconvenience particular employees;
    • Undermining work performance by deliberately withholding information;
    • Reducing the other person's opportunities to express opinions;
