    • All existing matter in this universe are the building blocks of subatomic particles that in the same time behaves as waves or pure energy
    • So, all seen or unseen matters including our body and our thoughts are pure vibrating energy with different frequencies

    • The certain vibrating frequencies attract the same frequency
    • If we feel good or happy , our thought will vibrate happy frequency that in turn will attract the same level of happy experience

    • To be aware on the air flow of the inhale and exhale of my breathe.
    • To feel the air flow of the fan or aircon, feel relax, silent and serene.
    • To feel relaxation on the face, arms, legs and my whole body. To listen on any sounds from my surrounding.

    • I inhale deeply, exhale slowly while keep feeling and aware on the in and out of my breathe through my nostrils.

    • I have to keep thinking positively and creatively.
