    DocPublisher - How To Rollback To a Previous Version - Presentation Transcript

    1. How-To: Rollback to a previous version of a document www.swingsoftware.com 1) Rolling back to a previous version of a document is as easy as creating a new revision (described in the previous tutorial). First, open the document you wish to work on.
    2. How-To: Rollback to a previous version of a document www.swingsoftware.com 2) Next, go to the History tab and click on the ‘Show archive’ link in order to display all previous versions of the document.
    3. How-To: Rollback to a previous version of a document 3) Now a list of all the previous document versions is shown. Mark the check-box next to the version to which you wish to roll back and click on the ‘New revision from the selected archive’ link. Note: You can view the entire history of the document by clicking on the ‘+’ button.
    4. How-To: Rollback to a previous version of a document www.swingsoftware.com 4) Now, a new copy of the previous version has been created and saved in DocPublisher as a draft. To edit this document, open the Content tab.
