How-To: Users, Databases and Licensing 3) CREATE NEW DATABASE: 1) DocPublisher allows you to create a new database from the Administration Area. The new database will be created on the same server as your current database. You first need to specify the database file name (with the path relative to Domino data folder), database title and the library name. 2) Then specify whether you wish to copy documents and/or administration settings into the new database. If you copy the administration settings, you can copy all or only selected settings. When finished, click ‘Create New Database button. You will be given a link pointing to the new database.

If the database is not Full-text indexed then search may not work properly. Full-text indexing of database is usually performed automatically by the Domino server in regular time intervals. If needed, DocPublisher also allows you to perform Full-text indexing manually, just click on this link.
