The iPad app, paired with the exhibit, brings to life the various math concepts and their daily uses forfamilies and students.Space Center Houston allows visitors a variety of ways to explore and operate a variety of simulationdirectly related to NASA operations. These include:• NASA’s latest robotics such as the Robonaut 2 and Curiosity Rover• Test your engineering skills on a large scale eco-friendly developments• Take on engineering roles as you design a sustainable infrastructure for a cityThe MathAlive! app is located in the “Build Your World…Environment” section of the exhibit. The purposefor the exhibit, as described on their site, is to answer the question, “Will I ever use all this math they’reteaching us?”“It was so exciting to work on a project that would educate kids about how science and math are applied,because science and math are what we do all day!
