If you save an MP3 file to a separate location (eg Edublogs.tv) you can then synchronise your slides to this recording.

Nice job. Conceptualising blogs/wikis using venn diagrams is a great way to demo their advantages and disadvantages.

These tools are just examples of what you can use on blogs and wikis. Check out the table of all tools for useful information on each tool such as examples, features, and how to use them.

You can choose who is allowed to view a blog in the settings and you can also set up comment moderation so that these come to your email first to be approved before appearing on the blog. You can also choose who is able to view your wiki (currently free to educators at Wikispaces but maybe not for much longer). You can set the level of access to members only or you can allow everyone to edit. The ’History’ tab also shows every change to the page and you can revert the page to an earlier version which does protect from vandalism or having inappropriate content added to the page.

You can subscribe to a blog using the RSS feed. Changes to a wiki can also be subscribed to using RSS and the ’Notify me’ tab means that people can submit their email address to get notifications that way. On Wikispaces, you can be notified about changes to an entire site or for a specific page.
