  • 2. Hewlett-Packard (HP) was established from a garage with an initial capital investment of 538US Dollars 1st January 1939
  • 3. July 1939 HP patented the design for their first produce the HP 200A (Audio Oscillator)
  • 4. HP 2116A, the company first computer is designed as a controller for test and measurement instrument. 1966
  • 5. 1968 World’s first desktop scientific calculator is invented the HP 9100A.
  • 6. 1972 HP introduces the HP 35, the world’s first scientific handheld calculator. Small enough to fit in a shirt pocket; it makes the slide rule obsolete. Later in the year 2000, Forbes ASAP mane the HP 35 one the all-time product that changed the world.
  • 7. 1977 HP 01 world’s first digital wristwatch, calculator and personal calendar all-in-one
  • 8. 1980 HP introduce its first personal computer, the HP 85 the unit has input/output modules that allow it to control instrument, add on more powerful peripherals and even to talk to other computer.
  • 9. 1981 HP 12c, it business calculator which has become the World’s standard financial calculator and still being sold today
  • 10. 1982 The HP-75c was debuted as HP’s first handheld computer
  • 11. 1982 HP 9000 was introduced a technical computer and first desktop mainframe
  • 12. 1983 The HP 150 Personal Computer features a touch sensitive screen that allows users to activate a feature by touching the screen. The PC had an MS-DOS Operating system and Intel 8088 microprocessor
  • 13. 1984 HP inkjet and Laser jet printer become the world’s most used desktop computer
  • 14. 1984 HP introduces the HP 110 laptop computer. The HP 110 was an MS-DOS compatible portable computer. It used Harris 80C86 @ 5.33MHzbwith 272 KB of RAM. It had 80 character by 16 line (480X180 Pixel) LCD, Ran MS-DOS 2.11 in ROM
  • 15. 1988 The HP Deskjet is the world’s first single-sheet, desktop printer and was becomes one of the first populate black and white Inkjet printer It creates letter and patterns by spraying tiny drops of ink from a cartridge against paper.

  • 17. 1991 HP 95LX first palmtop PC
  • 18. 1993 Introduced the HP Omni Book 300 was the smallest and Lightest PC on the market to feature a full size keyboard and full VGA screen. It weighed only 2.9 Pound and was based on the Intel 384 Processor. It included Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and a popup mouse
  • 19. 1994 HP Office Jet Personal all-in-one Printer-fax-copier was the World’s first mass-market device
  • 20. 1995 HP enters the home computing market with the HP Pavilion 5000 series PC.
  • 21. 2002 HP introduces the first smartphone pocket PC iPAQ H3600
  • 22. 2002 HP announce new colour printer is HP Desk Jet 5550
  • 23. 2007 HP introduced the touch smart PC, an all-in-one PC the HP Touch smart IQ770 PC with a touch screen display and consumer tablet PC
  • 24. 2008 HP introduced a full-function, mini-notebook. The HP 2133 Mini-Note PC
  • 25. 2011 HP introduce the industry’s first wireless mouse. The HP Wi-Fi Mobile mouse is the first mouse to connect quickie and easily with out a USB dongle via PC’s built in Wi-Fi receiver.
  • 26. 2013 HP introduced a laptop and tablet all-in-one the HP Envy X2, Which the keyboard can detach making it into a tablet.
  • 27. 2013 HP first Android tablet the Slate Book X2
  • 28. 2013 World’s first notebook with built in leap motion technology the HP Envy 17 Leap Motion SE
  • 29. 2013 The HP Z1, the world’s first all-In –one workstation with a 27’’ diagonal display that snap open to let you swap out ports and make upgrades. No tools required.
