RESPONDENT FEEDBACK LOOP Survey Analytics now offers a feature called Respondent Feedback Loop.This allows you to map custom follow-up emails based on specific criteria that you have predetermined. This means that you can automatically send follow-up emails to survey respondents based on their answers and scores they got after completing a survey. Respondent Feedback Loop is a really nice function that is easy to set up and is very personalized. Thursday, July 31, 14

RESPONDENT FEEDBACK LOOP You can use the Respondent Feedback Loop in a variety of ways.Whether you want to get complex and use scoring and scripting, or if you want to keep it simple and just create criteria based on survey responses, you can customize your follow-up email campaigns any way you like. You can also add rich text options such as images, multimedia, and links to your email to improve the look and design.   4. 4. HOWTO SET IT UP Setting up a Respondent Feedback Loop email is easy. First log into your Survey Analytics account and select the “Edit Survey” tab.Then on the left-hand side click on “Email Notification”. Make sure to check the box for “Enable Action Alert” and then “New Action Alert” if you do not have one already. All the criteria will then appear at the top of the window. Thursday, July 31, 14
  5. 5. HOWTO SET IT UP After you have created the criteria that you want, you can proceed to build the action below. In the drop box, select “Email Respondent” and enter the email from, email from name, and BCC email. Next you can write the subject line and email body. On the right side you have an “Otherwise” option. Usually, people leave the first action as “Do Nothing”, but if you have a survey with a low incidence rate, you may want to turn on an action for a follow-up.When you are finished, click Save Changes.
