Insurance : PoC showed a server utilisation of only 17% across their unix environment. A KPI of 50% utilisation across all servers was introduced. The ROI is still to be determined. Telstra : Managing 18,000 processors. Ebay : $3 million ROI. A consolidated view of all servers identified 600 under utilized servers at $5000 IT Value per server.
