2. Slide 2: Appearance Their tail’s are long and bushy.  The ears are small and hairless.  Their eyes are large brown and a little red.  Their body’s are soft and fluffy. 
3. Slide 3: Food Grass is important to their diet.  They also eat seeds as food.  Some species of Kangaroo rats eat green  vegetation and insects.
4. Slide 4: Defenses These mammals have powerful hind legs  Their hind legs are use to protect themselves  from rattle snake It is also use to hop and dig burrows. 
