CrowdIndex value of the day Percentage of the crowd has been here before Trend for the pass few days Average CrowdIndex for the area Average Percentage of the crowd has been here before CrowdIndex is a measurement of the crowd activity level based on communication traffic information obtains from the air and environment. As the measurements are obtain and calculated the same way, this indicator is able to provide a way to quantify the crowd and perform trending and comparison. SpaceOwner can compare CrowdIndex across various stores and location within a single dashboard. SpaceOwner can further define KPIs such as minimum and target CrowdIndex. Alert can be send to the management if the conditions are met. SpaceOwner would use this to activate additional resources or post to social network to warn people of excessive crowd.
  3. 3. The chart above shows the CrowdIndex value for a year. Using this graph, SpaceOwner can forecast the month that they are anticipating the most and least crowd. Sales & Marketing activities can be focused on generation of new customers or customers retention, depending on the month. The blue bar shows the first visits and orange bar shows repeated visit. This will give an idea to the marketing team on the type of crowd to expect. A high repeated visit would also mean customer loyalty towards the area.
  4. 4. The chart above shows the CrowdIndex value for the current month. The blue bar shows the total CrowdIndex. This graph shows the relationship of new and repeated crowd by line graph; yellow means new crowd and green means repeated crowd. Using the graph, SpaceOwner can understand day to day crowd movement. SpaceOwner can also monitor the change in CrowdIndex during Sales & Marketing events to determine the coverage and success in near real-time.
  5. 5. The chart above shows the CrowdIndex value for the current day. The blue bar shows the total CrowdIndex for each hour. The yellow line shows the average CrowdIndex and the green shows the max for the hour. Using the graph, SpaceOwner can understand which part of the day to expect the most or least crowd. In-Store activities such as renovation can be planned to be carried out during the period of lower activities. This is to minimize any business disruption and inconvenience to customers. Store operating hours can also be tweet to maximize profit and lower cost.
