    • Backup refers to making copies of data so that these additional copies may be used to restore the original after a data loss.
    • You can lose all your data due to any virus, power failure or hard disk problem.
    • Make a backup at least twice a year.

    • You will need the following software for this guide:

    • You have to select a source. Press Open Disk to get a list of available DVD drives:
    • A list of all available DVD drives on your computer will be shown. Select the one containing the movie.

    • You want to upload some pictures to your blog but they are so big. You should resize them.
    • Download from Microsoft, Image Resizer
    • It’s also available in the folder I gave you.
    • This tool change the actual picture, so its better to work on a copy, or backup your originals.

    • Open the folder that contains the pictures you want to resize. In Thumbnail view , right-click any picture you want to resize, and click Resize Pictures.
