Wedding Favors
Wedding favors are [typically] small, lovely gifts placed on the tables of where your wedding guests will be seated at the reception, given to your guests as a gesture of your gratitude for having attended your wedding ceremony and/or reception. Wedding favors come in all sorts of sizes and styles and are most often chosen so as to be congruent with your wedding invitations and cards.
Some couples opt to not give out wedding favors, but most choose to give them. The concept of wedding favors dates back many generations, and has become an integral part of most weddings.
