      • People around the world are mostly connected &
      • staying under an umbrella by sharing common
      • interest, thoughts, values, norms, knowledge,
      • education, culture & arts, politics, innovation,
      • production & promotion, business & trade by
      • using computer and networking technologies.
      • Social media communication network
      • has been made the connectivity very
      • easier for all through different tools.

      • the people to communicate each other using
      • internet to share information and resources.
      • I shoud say- Social media is really powerful
      • and more effective communication horizon
      • that provide various facilities and services
      • to all kind of user like individuals,
      • organizations and mass people.

      • My study environment is of-course based on Social media
      • and its tools. For example, Optima, Outlook e-mail,
      • SoleOPS, Intra are kind of social media communication
      • tools that provide us various aspect and study materials
      • through online environment. Other media tools are also
      • used as study and communication platforms.
      • Forms:
      • Text, audio, video, images, podcasts, weblogs,
      • social blogs, microblogging, wikis, rating and
      •   social bookmarking, and other multimedia
      • communications.
    • Social Network:
      • Social network refers online community of people where every body are connected to meet various purposes.
      • According to Wikipedia- A social network is a social structure made up of individuals (or organizations) called "nodes", which are tied (connected) by one or more specific types of interdependency, such as friendship, kinship, common interest, financial exchange, dislike, sexual relationships, or relationships of beliefs, knowledge or prestige.

      • I should say- Social networking establishes interconnected internet communities to meet a variety of purposes such as online communication, building relationship, share information & resources, purpose of study materials, business and trade, etc. though there
      • is misuse and derail matters are involved.

      • Web 2.0 can described a second generation of the World Wide
      • Web that is focused on the ability for people to collaborate and
      • share information online. In addition, it is design patterns and
      • business models for the Next Generation of Software.
      • Web 2.0 is an user-generated content in a online community
      • which includes social networking sites, blogs, wikis, video
      • sharing sites, hosted services, web applications, mashups
      • and folksonomies.
      • Web 2.0 has been used more as a marketing term .
      • Blogs, wikis, and Web services are all seen as components
      • of Web 2.0.
    • User Generated Content (UGC)
      • User generated content refers a range of media content or
      • material on websites that produced by the users of the
      • website.
      • User generated content has become tremendously popular for
      • individuals and companies.
      • Anybody can write an article with sufficient expertise and
      • make changes as well. Other users may evaluate the content,
      • suggest changes, make comments and opinion. Foe example-
      • Wikipedia.
      • User generated content may also employ a combination of
      • open source, free software, and flexible licensing or related
      • agreements to further reduce the barriers to collaboration, skill-
      • building and discovery.

      • sharing information about organization, products, policies and
      • procedures, customer service and feedback, advertisement &
      • marketing, supply and chain management system, order booking
      • and delivery system, etc.
