      • Protein
      • Fats
      • Vitamins and minerals
      • Diary and milk
    3. What a healthy diet should look like
    4. Carbohydrates
      • Carbohydrates are starchy foods that give us ENERGY.
    5. Proteins
      • Proteins helps our bodies to repair themselves.
    6. Fats
      • Fats give our body energy that can be stored – a layer of fat under our skin keeps us warm.
      • There are good and bad fats.
    7. Vitamins and minerals.
      • They have lots of jobs such as building strong bones and teeth, making blood and keeping our brains working.
