      • Raising greater awareness to the differences and similarities among us, including areas that cause division instead of connection/Seeking understanding across lines of differences
      • Our microcosm of a school will make a macro statement

      • Explore an attitude of openness and humility which encourages celebration of our differences
      • Education becoming a multicultural education, providing the skills to live in a complex and pluralistic society
