  • Why is this first? Key for the team to see you that way. Becomes an expectation by them and builds a special trust. Their successIs your success not the other way around.
  • If you are into the details too much maybe you are not into your people. It must be your key focus.If you are not working on this what are you working on? If you have to manage your people or the stuffthey are responsible for you have the wrong people. (Good to Great)
  • This is the only book I have really used over the years. A set of fundamentals that ties people together.An iterative plan starting with a sense of urgency.
