The rapid development of social media today has created many online social networks and digital channels where individuals linger and provide valuable and relevant information that can improve the way you do business with them. Social CRM taps into these information sources and helps put it into the context of your daily activities. In this session, Jennifer Yim will provide an overview of the Sugar Connectors and how they can greatly facilitate following, engaging and managing conversations with current and potential customers and partners in order to improve your relationships with them.
