12Rio+20 OrganizationThe National Organizing Committee for the United Nations Conferenceon Sustainable Development was created as an executive body linked tothe Ministry of External Relations tasked with planning and holding theRio+20 Conference.Chaired by a National Secretary, who discharges his duties leading histeam in the tasks of planning, implementation and supervision of alllogistics and management initiatives and measures.

14Partnership DevelopmentPotential partners of the Rio+20 Conference must not only have butprovide evidence of commitment to Sustainable Development andpoverty eradication in their social corporate responsibility initiativesand similar activities, including the life cycle of its products andservices as well as in the choice of its suppliers and service providers.

16Official PartnerExhibiting the trademark logo• Right to use the Official Partner logo in communications of the officialpartner, once the pieces have been approved by the NationalOrganizing Committee;• Applying the Official Partner logo in printed communications such aswelcome packages, participant guides, maps, and the like; in electronicmedia such as website and social networks to be created by theNational Organizing Committee, as well as in visual communicationpieces such as banners, outdoor advertisements and the like at thevarious venues (with the exception of the United Nations perimeter), inaccordance with an aspect ratio of 1;

19Official PartnerVenues for Official Partner to host private events• Complimentary VIP box for the exclusive use of the Official Partnerduring the period of the Conference, at the Barra Arena;• Space to hold a cocktail or similar event in area of civil societyconcentration at the Barra Arena;• Venue to hold lectures, seminars, concerts or shows with capacity ofup to 2 thousand seats, with coffee break foyer, VIP area, box andpress room on one of the days of the Conference for a period of up tosix hours in the area of the Rio de Janeiro Modern Art Museum;• Space of up to 500m2 to set up a stand aimed at the civil society atthe Motor Race Track and in the area assigned for countries and privatesector at the Athletic Park.

22Official SupporterExhibiting the trademark logo• Right to use Official Supporter logo in the communications of thesupporting institution, once the pieces have been approved by theNational Organizing Committee;• Application of the logo of the supporter’s institution on printedmaterials such as welcome packages, participant guides, maps, and thelike, and in electronic media such as website and social networks to becreated by the National Organizing Committee, as well as in visualcommunication pieces such as banners, outdoor advertisements andthe like at the various venues (except in the UN perimeter), using anaspect ratio of 1.2;• Broadcast of the institutional Official Supporter video of up to 45seconds in the Rio+20 official transport system and at the Conferencevenues if applicable.

23Official SupporterPersonalized service and privileged access• Accreditation for a pick-up/drop-off vehicle (use of area currentlyunder negotiation as the Riocentro Convention Centre is a UN perimeterarea);Space for Official Supporter to hold private events:• Space to host lectures, seminars, concerts or shows with up to 2,000seats with coffee break foyer, VIP area, box and press room, on one ofthe days of the Conference for a period of up to two hours in the Rio deJaneiro Modern Art Museum area;• Space to set up a stand with up to 150m2 in the venue aimed at thecivil society at the Motor Race Track or at the venue assigned tocountries and the private sector at the Athletic Park..
