  7. 7. Some time ago…ENERMETER Had a very qualified team Knew their clients and the local market very well BUT Looking further was missing Internationalization

  9. 9. Some time ago… Our hardware and software were kept secure in a handmade way As a result, we had to spend more time and money to keep our assets secure
  10. 10. Some time ago… ENERMETER achieved 9,9% on a CMMI-DEV level 2 evaluation! Did that mean that ENERMETER was developing in a bad way? Critical success factors: - Developing according client specification - Time of project development - Delivery systems with no conformities - Not losing anything or anybody during the process

Problems and issues Financial investment Time investment (headquarters and team) Keeping team motivation on top (never skip the rules) Finding the right balance between the effort and the advantages (always try to simplify the work) Creating the mindset that following the procedures is as important as providing an answer to the clients´ needs
