What happens in the legend is this…. A young couple decide to go to a secluded place, which happens to be near a bridge in the middle of the woods. The guy wants to have a good time, so he starts to make a move.

The girl then rejects his gestures. They hear a noise outside the car, and the guy wants to go check on it. He tells the girl to stay in the car and lock the doors. She becomes scared because he has been gone a long time.

When she hears scratching noises on the car, she really gets scared and decides to go look for help. As she is running away, she looks back and sees her boyfriend’s dead body hanging over the car.

Moral of the Legend: You don’t always have to be the hero to come out ahead (in this case, come out alive). Sometimes it is better to just leave instead of trying to be big and macho.
