Bullying is becoming a progressively more intense problem in schools today, and only by acknowledging it, will a solution or help ever be found. Bullying affects millions of students, and everyone should be worried. Bullying is relentless, and victims become pushed into a state of constant fear. Studies have shown that victims are at risk for mental health problems, like low self-esteem, stress, anxiety or depression. It can even lead to suicide, or Bullycide.
Maybe you were never bullied. Or maybe you were.
But what if it was your friend, your brother, your sister, or your child? What if it was anyone you love?
