  • 3. early life• Neil was born in Wapakonet, Ohio, U.S.A on the 5th of August 1930. He was the oldest out of three.
  • 4. first job• His first job was in the United States navy. He was a jet pilot he knew exactly how it worked. Even if they didn’t know if it worked he’d try it. He nearly left the Earth’s atmosphere when he flew to a height of 18.3 kilometers.• After that he was a test pilot for rockets.
  • 5. Lift off Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Buzz Aldrin allwent up to space in Apollo 11 tobecome the first men to walk on the moon.Every one in the U.S.A. and theworld was silent, over the radio they heard10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, “LIFT OFF”.......... boston.com

  • 7. •1970- He was awarded the Robert H. memorable trophy.•1978- Awarded Congressional space medal.•2011- Honored Congressional gold medal.•2012- Died August the 5th.
  • 8. With out this amazing contraption /spacesuit, the astronautsspacesuit needed would for moonwalk suffocate and die. Because they have it they did survive and came back alive.
  • 9. DIED Neil Armstrong lived to the age of 82 then he died in 2012.
