  3. 3. Knowledge of Results <ul><li>Knowledge of results is your own opinion of your performance. It has to be based on the effectiveness of your performance. This is what you have done as homework. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Video Analysis <ul><li>Video recording your performance is an effective way of learning about your strengths and weaknesses in your performance. Recording your performance allows you to rewind, pause and play your performance in slow motion to get a more accurate picture. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Movement Analysis <ul><li>Movement analysis is made up of two observation schedules: </li></ul><ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Broad Observation Schedule </li></ul></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Focused Observation Schedule </li></ul></ul></ul></ul>
  6. 6. Broad Observation Schedule <ul><li>A broad observation schedule is a way of finding which skills are strengths and which are weaknesses. Before we can begin we have to set criteria for each skill. </li></ul><ul><li>When completing the B.O.S you will play out a rally. At the end you will stop and discuss each shot with your group and agree what will be recorded. </li></ul>
