    • Famous for their “icons” (pictures)
    • Strongest in Russia; most Russian leaders are this religion
    • Eastern Orthodox often distrust Western Christians
      • Cultural differences, historical troubles
      • Reinforced by wars in Yugoslavia in 1990s
