Your Questions About Invest In Stocks Online

Linda asks…

How can I invest in stocks online?

Steve Winston answers:

Open a brokerage account with any broker. There are many like eTrade, Scottrade,
AmeriTrade, Bank Of America, Zecco etc. Then you fund your brokerage account with the
amount you want to invest. Once you have money in that account you can buy stocks there
online.

                                                                                      1/8
Sandy asks…

Can i invest in stocks online through my paypal account?

Steve Winston answers:

You need to open an account with a stock broker. The general public do not have direct access
to the stock exchange so you need to go through a broker, the account you open will need
funds transferring into it and some may let you use paypal but I think it is more common to just
transfer money directly from your bank.

Mandy asks…

Would it be against company rules for me to invest online?

                                                                                           2/8
If my dad has his securities license with a company, does it break thier rules if I buy stocks
online not using him? This may sound weird but I know they have some strange rules.

Thanks in advance

Steve Winston answers:

Interesting question. I guess the best option would be just not to tell anyone, especially not your
dad. He might very well fell really hurt that you would not place your orders through him.

Mark asks…

Are there books that will help learn to invest in stocks using online
investing sites? Im a beginner at this?

                                                                                             3/8
