PORTFOLIO OF FEEDBACK WEEKS 1 – 9
FEEDBACK FOR: STEVE RAYSON
Throughout the New Way of Management e-learning programme we asked you to work through each module, then detail
‘What you are currently doing to meet expectations?’
‘What you will do going forward to meet them?
‘What assistance do you require to help to get there?
As part of the conclusion for the New Way of Management on-line modules, it’s time to review this information with your manager in
preparation for your Straight Talking review.
Week 1 - Driving People Performance

members 2) Asked them all to define their roles 3) Created a skills matrix for all to complete to identify strengths and areas of training.
Although I will have two formal Straight Talking sessions, I will also add this an an agenda item at the monthly 1:1 to make sure that
objectives and PDP are kept up to date. I have noted the point regarding making a formal record of the meeting, currently we just take notes
but nothing is published so i will take this on. Help: I would like help on understanding the Straight Talking Process and specifically how
we as a company are able to determine the recommendations. How does someone go from \"Solid Performer\" to \"Outstanding\" as the
influence budget restraints may have on determining the final marking. Finally: The main issue I have is finding rooms!
Week 2 - Making Development Happen
As mentioned before, I am currently only a temp team leader, however over 60% of the team is new starters, with 80% of these new in the
mast few months. I have set up a \"buddy\" system and aligned experienced team members with a new starter to help them through the
