      • Stand-alone buyer, Corporates with children, Intermediaries working with franchisees
      • Is this even important?

      • Whoever is using the tool, demo or otherwise, one-man-and-his-dog or enormo-corp, the key benefits remain the same
      • Ease of use, Cloud computing (do it anywhere), Online help, Best practice examples, etc. etc.
      • We should look to deliver these points regardless of our audience
      • They are powerful and relevant to all

      • The creative work-to-date has established a clear tone-of-voice
      • Reassuring, friendly, jargon-free
      • Which we have continued through to the website proposals
      • We should look to continue this to the tool
