project aims to explore and determine the key social and technical elements that impact on the construction of online identities build a coherent framework through which individuals can be provided with a set of tools and practices that will allow them to create and control effective online identities address issues of empowerment and agency such that every citizen is able to participate in genuine and sustained lifelong learning processes .
