CLIENT OBJECTIVES <ul><li>To expose business leaders from cross functional environments to a simulated commercial development </li></ul><ul><li>To provide a forum for assessors to observe the contributions of top performers in a ‘live’ commercial setting </li></ul><ul><li>To identify the strengths and areas for development of the participants and provide individual feedback </li></ul><ul><li>To facilitate improved development planning </li></ul><ul><li>To improve the effectiveness of succession planning by utilising the insights gained during the simulation </li></ul>

OUTLINE OF PROGRAMME <ul><li>Pre-work </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Participants complete some form of pre-work, e.g. a 360 degree feedback questionnaire, leadership styles questionnaire, etc </li></ul></ul><ul><li>The Business Simulation </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Participants work in designated teams, running competing companies over a 2 or 3 day period </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Feedback Report and Meeting </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Participants receive an in depth individual feedback report within 3 weeks, including suggested development options </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Feedback meetings held by assessors (line manager to be present if not an assessor) - supported by Persona consultant </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Development Planning Meeting </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Development planning meeting with line manager to ensure needs are addressed </li></ul></ul>
