      • Gospel music was one of the only 4 music genres that grew in 2006 (others included Classical, Latin, and Soundtracks)
        • - #1 of all the growth categories, with 6.75% of total album sales
      • Sales at mass merchants, big box retailers, music specialty chains and other outlets have almost doubled since 1996
      • Digital music sales grew, with 2006 digital album sales of 1.1 million (up +91% vs. 2005)

        • Through the BET Foundation, we will extend the festival experience with two or three days of health and wellness prior to the festival, where women are able to learn how to improve their way of life and receive the tools to make sustainable, healthy behavioral changes.

    • 23. Festival and Health/Wellness Experience Budget Proposed Talent - $515,000.00 (Based on talent line-up in proposal, but can be adjusted significantly to meet budget availability.) Production – $500,000.00 (Can be significantly adjusted if line up costs reduces. Sound, stage, lights, backline, on site logistics, on site set up/equipment etc.) Proposed Marketing Campaign -$300,000.00 Proposed Heath and Wellness Retreat – $200,000.00
