    A status offence – an act that is a crime due to the young age of the actor, but
    would not be illegal for someone older.

    • Bad influence of friends and peers.
    • 12. Encouraging truancy as a status-seeking activity.

    • 15. Unmet mental health needs.
    • 16. Lack of vision of education.
